Three Bedford County YMCAs keep this county in shape. The central YMCA just outside Bedford City Limits has made great strides in the last 5 years, improving facilities, classes, staff and daycare to make it a top gym choice in the area. Great soccer and basketball leagues for kids, camps, after school programs all over the county. Other facilities include the Jamerson in Forest, VA that is top notch and a brand new YMCA is in Moneta, VA. Kudos to all the YMCA does for Bedford County!
