Wonderful Programs are in place in Bedford for the young and old alike. Activities at the beginner level for baseball, softball, young golfers, cheerleaders to organized rec and church softball leagues for young (and older!) adults to cool bus trips and BINGO for Seniors. Here you can find about our parks and outdoor activities, such as bike trails, hiking and disc golf. There are facilities in Bedford City at Liberty Lake Park on Burks Hill Road, on Thomas Jefferson Road in Forest, VA and the old Montvale, VA school is remodeled for use of it gym for public recreation.
